Located on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas, Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers one-of-a-kind views of the Bellagio’s water show, visible from every seat. Chef Joho’s Las Vegas outpost is a crown jewel in a storied career that includes the famed Michelin-starred Everest that was open in Chicago for 30 years. Born from humble beginnings in Alsace, France, where he started working in a restaurant at age six, his formal training started as a 13-year-old apprentice for Paul Haeberlin of the acclaimed L’Auberge de L’Ill, and other acclaimed kitchens in France, Italy, and Switzerland. He went on to achieve international acclaim, including a James Beard Award and Critics’ Choice Lifetime Achievement Award from the Chicago Tribune.
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant Cookbook: Capturing the Magic of Paris, which features the recipes for 50 of Chef Joho’s signature dishes, is available for purchase at the restaurant, among other notable gifts.
