Mon Ami Gabi and Eiffel Tower Restaurant, from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, at Paris Las Vegas will celebrate their 25th anniversaries this September with exclusive events and specials honoring a quarter-century of offering exceptional dining experiences, some of the best views on The Strip and classic French cuisine.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant, located 110 feet above The Strip, is widely celebrated as one of the most romantic restaurants in the United States, playing host to thousands of proposals, weddings and celebrations. From the moment legendary French actress Catherine Deneuve hit the switch on the tower’s lights on September 1, 1999, Chef Proprietor and Lettuce Entertain You Managing Partner J. Joho and his team have delivered an unforgettable fine dining experience to more than 4,000 guests a week who flock to the French stalwart to indulge in champagne, signature dinner entrees such as Beef Wellington, Olive Oil Poached Alaskan Halibut, and Eiffel Tower Soufflés, the Caviar Bar and three-course Brunch menu (available Friday-Sunday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. To mark its 25th anniversary, Eiffel Tower Restaurant will host a Champagne Sabering Ceremony and toast on Sunday, September 1, at 5:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a sabrage demonstration and an education on the art of Champagne sabering, led by experts from the Confrerie du Sabre d’Or. The party continues throughout September at Mon Ami Gabi, the French bistro located at street level of the Paris Las Vegas, emulating the cafe culture of France’s capital city. Mon Ami Gabi – Las Vegas Partner and Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel has created an exclusive 25th Anniversary Prix Fixe, available for dinner from September 1 – September 30. The four-course menu, priced at $98 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included), includes Truffle Baked Brie, Loup de Mer with Crispy Pork Belly, Duo of Braised Beef Flat Iron and Tenderloin, and Hood River Cherries Jubilee dessert. Mon Ami Gabi will also host a 25th Anniversary Dinner on Thursday, September 19, from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, featuring a five-course menu with expertly paired wines, priced at $150 per person (plus tax, gratuity not included).
