We ship all of our Gift Cards via UPS. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. We ship to any street address in the 50 states. We do not ship internationally.

For the past several years, we have offered our classic, dark green, plastic Lettuce Gift Card.





We are now offering our new, proudly plastic-free gift card, printed on FSCⓇ certified paper that uses a minimum of 30% post consumer fiber processing that helps save trees, water and energy, and prevent greenhouse gas emissions.

For security purposes, the new Lettuce Gift Card now features a PIN that will be used FOR ONLINE REDEMPTION ONLY. There will never be a need for you to use your PIN when dining-in at a Lettuce restaurant.

Lettuce Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees.

Yes. You may use multiple gift cards to pay for your bill. Please note - a maximum of five (5) gift cards may be used on each online delivery or pick-up order placed through Lettuce.com, the LettuceEats app, or official Lettuce Entertain You restaurant websites, and a maximum of $1,000 may be applied to final payments of contracted events or catering orders.

Please protect your Gift Card like cash because it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Yes. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to post to your account. Frequent Diner Points are issued when Gift Cards are purchased, but not when they are redeemed. Only the person purchasing the Gift Card is eligible for Frequent Diner Points.* Please note: During the Holiday Bonus promotion, Frequent Diners may choose either Frequent Diner points OR the Holiday Bonus certificate. When ordering classic Gift Cards, you can choose to receive points or the Holiday Bonus. When ordering eGift Cards, the eHoliday Bonus is automatically awarded. Please email gc@lettuce.com if you would prefer points.

Lettuce Gift Cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000. Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only.

Download the latest version of the LettuceEats App and log into your Frequent Diner account to access the add to app feature, and follow the steps below.

• Tap the “Gift Card” tab


• Tap the “Add” button at the bottom


• Type the 16-digit number found on the classic or eGift Card
  
  
  
  • Note: If you received an eGift Card, open the email, click “view my eCard,” enter your email address, and the 16-digit number will appear for you to copy and paste into the app
  
  
  
  


• Tap “Add Card”


• Once it is is added, tap on the card to view the balance and transaction history


• To add more gift cards, tap the “Add” button at the bottom


• To see all of your stored gift cards, tap the “Gift Card” tab again

Lettuce Gift Cards are valid on delivery orders placed through Lettuce.com, the LettuceEats app, and official Lettuce Entertain You restaurant websites. Gift Cards can cover order subtotal, service fees, delivery fees. Gift Cards do not cover driver/staff tips. You may redeem a maximum of five (5) gift cards per transaction.

Lettuce Gift Cards are not valid on any orders placed through a third party delivery service, including but not limited to Caviar, DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, ChowNow, Tock or Postmates.

The Holiday Bonus is a complimentary certificate that is awarded for every $100 in Lettuce Gift Cards purchased November 1st through December 30th. Because it is a promotional certificate and not a cash gift card, it does have some provisions for use.

Yes, you can use multiple Holiday Bonus certificates at one time. Holiday Bonus certificates can also be used in conjunction with Lettuce Entertain You Gift Cards.

The Holiday Bonus is a promotional certificate that can only be used between January 2nd – April 15th every year. Cards from previous years will always be accepted during this Holiday Bonus redemption time frame, regardless of the year listed. We no longer require extension stickers.

No. Frequent Diners may choose either Frequent Diner Points or the Holiday Bonus certificate. When ordering eGift Cards, the eHoliday Bonus is automatically awarded. Please call us at 888-884-4438 if you prefer points instead of the eHoliday Bonus.
