RPM Italian Las Vegas is Now Open

We’re excited to give you a look inside the latest RPM Italian! The restaurant is the latest from celeb couple and partners, Giuliana and Bill Rancic, and Lettuce Entertain You. Located right on the Las Vegas Strip at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, it is the first RPM restaurant in Las Vegas.
“This year marks the 10th anniversary for RPM Italian, and what a great way to celebrate this milestone by opening in Las Vegas,” said R.J. Melman, President, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. “Lettuce has loved being a part of this fantastic restaurant community for more than 20 years, and we are excited to bring RPM Italian to the Las Vegas Strip and to The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.”

THE FOOD
At the heart of the menu is the pasta program with more than a dozen daily housemade options including the signature Mama DePandi’s Pomodoro with Genovese basil. The menu also features Las Vegas only dishes including:
A5 Wagyu Carpaccio with Vacche Rosse and wild arugula
Imported Burrata & Caviar
Housemade pasta Maine Lobster Pansotti with Sweet Basil and Lobster Marsala
Whole Maine Lobster Fra Diavolo with spicy pomodoro spaghetti, Calabrian chili and Genovese basil
Black Truffle Chicken Vesuvio with charred lemon and crispy potato

For dessert choose from Executive Pastry Chef, Andrea Coté’s RPM Italian Signatures and Classics or opt for a tableside show and go with the Torta Meringata a meringue cake with salted caramel, vanilla, and warm chocolate sauce flambéed tableside.

THE DRINKS
RPM Beverage Director and partner Richard Hanauer, a Wine Enthusiast “40 Under 40 Tastemakers” recipient and also named “Sommelier of the Year” by Food & Wine Magazine, has designed the wine program that focuses on the best of Italy and the west coast, with an emphasis on Italy’s greatest vineyards. Along with the wine program, you can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails including the new Olive Oil Martini with Infused Ketel One, Rosemary, Thyme, Marinated Olives.

THE VIBE
Designed in partnership with award-winning architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, the modern and plush space dons a 26-seat, marble-topped bar sitting alongside lounge space reminiscent of an Italian garden. In the main dining room, you can enjoy a view of the expansive open kitchen.
Located at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace street level by Las Vegas Blvd, RPM Italian is open for dinner seven days a week, Monday – Friday 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM and Saturday – Sunday 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
