The new LettuceEats app is available for IOS and Android. Download the app from the Google Play or App Store

Yes, the previous version of our app will no longer be valid as of July 17, 2023. You must download the new app to continue earning and redeeming rewards with your Frequent Diner Club account.

Click your profile at the top left hand corner of the screen. Scroll down to “Security” where you will find a reset password link that will be sent to your corresponding email.

For continued login issues after attempting to reset your password please contact fd@lettuce.com

When dining out tap “Check In” at the bottom of the app screen, then tap the name of the restaurant where you are dining. The app will then generate a four-digit check in code which you will write at the bottom of your restaurant check in the box that reads “LettuceEats Mobile Code”

At the bottom of your restaurant check, write the amount you wish to redeem in the box
labeled ‘Rewards to Redeem $’ (located just underneath the section that reads
‘LettuceEats Mobile Code’).

All Frequent Diner Rewards, Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus are now trackable in one place! Just tap and view the "Wallet" tab.

Ordering with the LettuceEats app allows you to earn and redeem loyalty points, use gift cards, easily reorder favorites, schedule orders in advance, and enjoy a smooth checkout process. Our focus on convenience, personalization, and value makes the LettuceEats app your top choice for online ordering.

The app will display your nearest pick-up and delivery options available at that time. Use our new “filter” feature if you don’t see what you’re looking for!

Upcoming reservations are located on the home screen. Your earliest reservation is displayed and then simply just tap to see the full list. Frequent Diner Club members are also able to get their 4 digit code from the listed upcoming reservation if the reservation is 2 hours before or 3 hours after the reservation start time.

You receive one Frequent Diner Club Point for every dollar you spend on your Food & Beverage when dining at any participating Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant. You will automatically receive $10 in Reward Dollars for every 150 points you earn.

There are three Status Levels that you can achieve as a member of the Frequent Diner Club

• Blue Members spend between $1-$999 in a calendar year, and earn 1 Point per Dollar spent


• Silver Members spend at least $1,000 in a calendar year, and earn 1.25 Points per Dollar spent


• Gold Members spend over $2,500 in a calendar year, and earn 1.5 Points per Dollar spent, and have other special privileges such as Priority Reservations at Lettuce Restaurants

Once you have reached Silver or Gold Status, you will keep that status through the current and following calendar years.

You can manage your account, make reservations, store Gift Cards, track points, and redeem Reward Dollars using the LettuceEats app.

The key to earning points is the Check-In page on the LettuceEats app.

Tap “Check In” at the bottom of the app screen, then tap the name of the restaurant where you are dining. The app will then generate a four-digit check in code which you should write at the bottom of your restaurant check in the box that reads “LettuceEats Mobile Code”

OR

Present your Frequent Diner Club Rewards Card when paying the check, and ask your server to apply points to your account.

Frequent Diner Club Points may be earned on orders placed directly through our restaurant websites, Lettuce.com, or our LettuceEats app.

Frequent Diner Club points are not earned on orders placed with Caviar, Delivery Wow, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Postmates, Dwell Social, or any other third-party service.

Online carryout and delivery orders from Maggiano’s Little Italy or Wow Bao are not eligible to earn Frequent Diner Club points. If you would like to earn points for your carryout order at a Maggiano’s Little Italy or Wow Bao location, you must call the restaurant directly to place your order.

Frequent Diner Club points and Reward Dollars may be earned on eligible carryout orders at Maggiano’s Little Italy locations in Illinois and Wisconsin through April 15, 2023. Effective April 16, 2023, Maggiano’s Little Italy will no longer participate in the Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner Club. Points earned at Maggiano’s locations prior to April 16, 2023 will remain in member accounts for future redemption at participating Lettuce Entertain You restaurants only.

To use the Reward Dollars in your account, write the amount you wish to redeem in box labeled ‘Rewards to Redeem $’ (located just underneath the section that reads ‘LettuceEats Mobile Code’).

OR

When using your Rewards Card, just let your server know the amount in Rewards Dollars you wish to apply to your bill.

Frequent Diner Dining Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, and promotional certificates. Frequent Diner Rewards cannot be redeemed on Saturday nights after 3 pm at any Lettuce restaurant or participating locations. Friday nights are also excluded at the Eiffel Tower. Reward Dollars are not valid at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL, Studio Paris, Do-Rite Donuts, The Ivy Room, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Wow Bao locations outside of Chicago, or any Big Bowl Express locations.

Frequent Diner Club points and Reward Dollars may be earned and redeemed at Maggiano’s Little Italy locations in Illinois and Wisconsin through April 15, 2023. Effective April 16, 2023, Maggiano’s Little Italy will no longer participate in the Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner Club.

Rewards Dollars are also not valid on New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Frequent Diner Rewards are also not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and promotional certificates. Reward Dollars are only to be redeemed for food and beverage. Frequent Diner Rewards are not valid for payments toward private parties, merchandise, or catering (carryout or delivery orders over $250).

Frequent Diner Club Points are issued when Gift Cards are purchased, but not when they are redeemed. Frequent Diner Club Points are not posted on the portion of your bill paid with Gift Cards. Only the person buying the Gift Card is eligible for Frequent Diner Club Points. Reward Dollars cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

During the Holiday Bonus Gift Card promotion (in November and December), members have the option to receive either the $25 Holiday Bonus Certificate OR Frequent Diner Club Points for their purchase, not both. Additionally, if the Holiday Bonus is chosen, the purchase will not contribute to your annual Frequent Diner Club spend.

To earn Frequent Diner Club Points when hosting a party or Private Event, you must be a Frequent Diner Club Member prior to your event date. You will receive one point per dollar for your food and beverage total. Please note: Silver and Gold bonus points are not awarded for parties or Private Events.

The name of the person receiving Frequent Diner Club points must appear on the contract. In the case of a business event, either the planner or the host may receive points. For social events, only the host is eligible to receive points.

 

Members with a paid visit/point accrual transaction in the 12 months prior to their birth date will receive a Birthday Reward posted to their account on the first day of the month of their birthday.

Blue and Silver members receive $15 Birthday Rewards and Gold members receive $20 Birthday Rewards. Birthday Rewards can be used toward your dining check on any day without restrictions.

Birthday Rewards added on or after January 1, 2020 are valid for 90 days from the first day of the month of your birthday. Birthday Rewards are not cumulative, and the previous year’s Birthday Reward must be used in order for the current year’s to post.

If you have at least one paid visit/points accrual added to your account during the calendar year, the pointson your account will roll over to the following year.

If you have not had a paid visit/points accrual added during a calendar year, and un-redeemed points remaining at the end of the year will be forfeited at year’s end (December 31)

Please note that earned Reward Dollars on your account never expire and will carry over from year to year.

Frequent Diner Club Points cannot be earned at the Windy City Smokeout, and Reward Dollars may not be redeemed at the Windy City Smokeout.

Effective April 16, 2023, Maggiano’s Little Italy no longer participates in the Lettuce Frequent Diner Club. Frequent Diner Club points and Reward Dollars will not be earned or redeemed at Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurants.  For more information, please see our additional FAQS.

Points are earned when ordering directly from one of our restaurant websites, Lettuce.com, or the LettuceEats app.

• Follow these simple steps:
  
  
  
  1. Sign in to the LettuceEats app.
  
  
  2. Select delivery or pickup from the home screen.
  
  
  3. For delivery, enter your address and choose from the available restaurants.
  
  
  4. Select your restaurant, schedule delivery, and add your favorite items.
  
  
  5. Proceed to checkout after filling your cart.
  
  
  6. If it’s your first order, you will receive a text verification.
  
  
  7. Confirm your order. Points will be automatically added to your account after pickup or delivery.
  
  
  8. Add any rewards, promos, or gift cards.
  
  
  9. Enter your payment method or use a saved one.
  
  
  10. Your points will be posted to your account once your order is completed.
  
  
  
  

Reward Dollars can be redeemed when placing orders exclusively through our restaurant websites,  Lettuce.com or the LettuceEats® app.  On the checkout page under “Rewards&promos” there will be an option to toggle your available rewards for use.




Frequent Diner Dining Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, and promotional certificates. Frequent Diner Rewards cannot be redeemed on Saturday nights at any Lettuce restaurant or participating locations. Friday nights are also excluded at the Eiffel Tower. Reward Dollars are not valid at non-participating locations including, but not limited to, airport locations, Big Bowl Chinese Express, The Ivy Room, Tree Studios, Joe’s Live in Rosemont IL, Maggiano’s Little Italy locations, Windy City Smokeout, and Wow Bao locations.

Yes - Gift cards can be used when placing orders exclusively through our restaurant websites, Lettuce.com or the LettuceEats® app. On the checkout page under “Gift cards,” there will be an option to add a gift card number and pin if applicable.

If you are experiencing trouble with a recently placed online carryout or delivery order, please contact the restaurant directly or our delivery partners at (855) 552-5444.

Points are awarded on the food and beverage subtotal only, not on tax, delivery, or service charges.

It can take up to 24 hours for points to be reflected in the “Wallet” section of the LettuceEats app. Please reach out to fd@lettuce.com or call us at 773-538-8823.

Frequent Diner Club Points are earned only on orders placed through our restaurant websites, Lettuce.com, or the LettuceEats app. Orders from third-party services like Caviar, Delivery Wow, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Postmates, Dwell Social, or Wow Bao do not earn points.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order through our restaurant websites, Lettuce.com, or the LettuceEats app.

If you are a current member of the Frequent Diner Club and have not already downloaded the app or accessed your account online:

The End of Summer Scratch Off promotion will automatically appear in the app on August 1 - September 30, 2024.

The promotion begins on August 1 and runs through September 30, 2024.

You can play End of Summer Scratch Off at each participating restaurant one time. The more restaurants you visit, the more chances you have to win! Daily participation is limited to four Scratch Off visits per day.

The End of Summer Scratch Off promotion is only available via the LettuceEats app. We realize that people without a smartphone may not be able to play, but we do have many promotions throughout the year that do not require the use of the LettuceEats app. You may participate in all other promotions including Bonus Point Days and Member-only offers. We hope that you understand, and appreciate your business.

Online carryout and delivery orders placed through the LettuceEats app are eligible for End of Summer Scratch Off. Online carryout and delivery orders for Wow Bao or orders placed through a third party platform are not eligible for End of Summer Scratch Off.
