The Happiest Place in Sin City hits the Las Vegas Strip! Happy Camper Pizza, is now open at the Fashion Show Las Vegas (3200 Las Vegas Blvd S.) just in time to celebrate National Pizza Day. The pizza restaurant and bar is the first collaboration between Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Chicago-based restaurant group, Happy Hospitality. This restaurant marks the first location in Las Vegas for Happy Hospitality, and the sixth restaurant for the group, with four pizzerias in Chicago and one in Denver.

Happy Camper is a fun, lively and playful social gathering spot, where guests are welcome all day for lunch, dinner, or late-night drinks. Perfect for large groups, this newest location offers indoor / outdoor dining options, boasting a large patio, bar and dining room accommodating 200 guests. Decked out in the brand’s signature decor including disco balls, neon lights, a vintage camper and more, the restaurant’s retractable roof allows for prime patio seating all year round complete with fire pits, cabanas and communal seating ideal for partying with friends.

Perfect for sharing, order up “Happytizers” including Queso Elote Dip, Mozzarella Breadsticks, Chicken Wings, Chicken Nachos, Whipped Feta and more. The menu includes a dozen pizzas made on either Happy Camper’s signature dough made in-house daily, which is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, or the famous tavern-style, which is extra thin, crispy and comes square cut. A gluten-free crust option is also available. The pizza can be ordered as small personal pies, a great way to try a variety of flavors, or 14-inch large pies that serve 2-3 people. Pizza toppings range from classic cheese and pepperoni, to fun specialty pizzas like BBQ Chicken, Prosciutto & Spinach and Roasted Street Corn ‘za.
Fresh salads and menu items exclusive to Happy Camper in Las Vegas include Baja Fish Tacos, a Tuna Poke Bowl and Double SmashBurger. To drink, sip on the signature Big A$$ Lemonade, Chambongs, Margaritas and more, that can also be ordered as pitchers for your crew.
