Chicago Chefs Cook for L.A. Wildfire Relief
Dine out to support those affected by California's devasting wildfires
On Thursday, January 23, Chicago’s top culinary talent will come together for From Chicago, With Love, a once-in-a-lifetime multi-course dinner benefiting World Central Kitchen’s vital efforts supporting those affected by the Los Angeles Wildfires.
Hosted by L.A. native Chef Evan Funke (Felix, Mother Wolf, Funke, Tre Dita), each course will pay homage to California’s vibrant culinary heritage. Chef Funke will be joined by Chicago greats Grant Achatz, Rick Bayless, Lee Wolen, CJ Jacobson, Meg Galus, Thai Dang, Hisanobu Osaka and Max Robbins. The evening will begin at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception, followed by an extraordinary multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings, that promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience. From Chicago, With Love is more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of community, generosity, and the power of food to make a difference.
Purchase tickets to From Chicago, With Love on Thursday, January 23 at Salon 61 in Chicago’s River North. Tickets to this exclusive event are $2,500 per person, plus tax. The event begins at 6:00 PM.
