For one week in September, bars and restaurants around the world mix classic Negronis and Negroni variations for a great cause. Join us at il Porcellino for Negroni Week from Monday, September 16 – Sunday, September 22!

Join il Porcellino as they pay homage to Chicago with a special negroni for Imbibe’s Negroni Week. Their Fernet Negroni features local CH Fernet Dogma, Beefeater Gin and Campari. $1 from every Negroni sold will be donated to Slow Food, Negroni Week’s philanthropy partner, with a mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.
