This black tie optional party is all-inclusive and features passed appetizers, interactive food stations from the RPM chef team, a premium bar package, plus a live DJ and a midnight toast. Welcome 2025 at Tre Dita with a festive Tuscan-inspired evening featuring spectacular views of Chicago and Navy Pier fireworks. Choose from four dining experiences, each offering the full a la carte dinner menu and a complimentary champagne toast to kick off the celebration. Early Celebration seating (4:00–5:00 PM) includes a two-hour table reservation with no booking fee. The Tuscan Celebration 1 (5:15–6:30 PM) includes a two-hour table and features chef-selected stuzzi, sweet pistachio and nutella Cornettos to enjoy the morning after, and requires a booking fee of $75 per guest. The Tuscan Celebration 2 (7:00–8:30 PM) includes the same items as the first but requires a booking fee of $100 per guest. The Champagne & Fireworks seating (9:00–10:30 PM) offers a luxe champagne toast and a front-row view of the midnight fireworks, and has a $150 booking fee per guest.
