Enjoy an Oktoberfest Feast that includes a choice of Stiegl Pils, Hacker-Pschorr or Hofbrau Dunkel, paired with a Bavarian Bierhaus Platter. Each platter includes an Oktoberfest brat, knackwurst, pretzel twists, deli mustard and bier cheese dip, a choice of Beer-Braised Short Ribs with mustard glaze, roasted brussels sprouts and German potatoes or Pork Schnitzel with braised red cabbage, buttered spätzle and onion gravy, and for dessert, a slice of German Chocolate Cake with toasted coconut, salted pecan and house-made hot fudge. The Oktoberfest Feast platter is available for $56.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included), for dine-in only. WHEN: Monday, September 16 , Tuesday, September 17, Wednesday, September 18, Thursday, September 19: 6:30 PM
Join us for seasonal beer dinners at Wildfire’s Chicagoland locations featuring Chicago’s own Great Lakes Brewing Co. The evening will feature a custom four-course, German-inspired menu, with each course paired with Great Lakes brews. Enjoy dishes such as Keilbasa Sauerkraut and Pretzel Bites paired with Midwest IPA, Chicken Schnitzel paired with Eliot Ness Amber Lager, Sauerbraten paired with Oktoberfest, and Black Forest Cake with Edmund Fitzgerald Porter. A brewery representative will join us as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairings. Tickets are $75 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
