Plastic Free Restaurant Week
Enjoy sustainably sourced menu specials from July 12 - 21
Several Chicagoland Lettuce Entertain You restaurants are showing their commitment to the global movement toward cleaner oceans by participating in Plastic Free Restaurant Week, Friday, July 12 – Sunday, July 21. The weeklong event is part of Lettuce’s ongoing partnership with the Shedd Aquarium‘s “Let’s Shedd Plastic” initiative and Plastic Free July, an international campaign to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainability.
Check out the responsibly sourced dishes—all produced using sustainable practices and ingredients from local purveyors—that will be available throughout Plastic Free Restaurant Week at some of your favorite Lettuce spots.
