It’s summer all year long at Summer House, now open at the new Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. This marks the third Summer House location and the first off-Strip expansion for Lettuce Entertain You, which has been a part of the Vegas restaurant community for more than two decades.

The Food
At Summer House, a warm California-inspired spirit infuses seasonal, market-driven dishes across the menu, perfect for family and friends to share while soaking in beachy West Coast vibes. An entirely retractable wall of windows opens to reveal a large outdoor patio merging the indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The menu features comfort food favorites ranging from Cali-style tacos, fresh vegetable plates and salads to house-made pastas, pizzas crafted with California milled flour and entrees from the live-fire wood grill.
The menu begins with Starters, Veggies and Raw & Chilled options. Examples include Signature Guacamole with charred-tomato salsa and habanero verde with the choice to add Dungeness crab, Potato Salad Deviled Eggs with pepperoncini crema, Grilled Avocado with salsa matcha and Ahi Tuna Tostadas with Thai chili.
Salads, sandwiches and tacos include the Costa Mesa Salad with queso fresco, corn, avocado and quinoa, Crispy Baja Fish Tacos with chipotle crema and the Turkey Stack Sandwich with Havarti cheese and bacon on nine grain bread. Hearty comfort food dishes round out the menu, with items like the Herbed Chicken Breast Paillard with arugula salad and Calabrian chili, Shaved Mushroom Pizza with gruyere and onion, and Corn Husk Salmon with spicy honey glaze and tomatillo salsa.

All About Brunch
In addition to lunch and dinner, in the weeks to follow, a brunch menu will be available featuring dishes such as the newly created Breakfast Pizza with Applewood bacon, sunny side up egg and parmesan cream, Breakfast Tostadas with pulled chicken, black beans and ranchero sauce and Crispy Strawberry Waffles.

Rosé All Day
The cocktail program focuses on light and refreshing seasonal drinks with an entire section dedicated to summer’s hero drink, the Spritz. And what’s summer without rosé? Summer House boasts a robust rosé program showcased on its signature Rosé Cart. The cart features an extensive selection of bottles, including the restaurant’s signature Summer House Rosé, made in collaboration with California-based BonAnno Wines.
The Market
For those looking for a quick meal option, Summer House offers The Market, where guests can order to-go from a menu of light breakfast items, coffee drinks, and juices. The Market also features an elaborate pastry counter filled with Summer House’s house-baked goods, muffins and signature oversized cookies, which have been named among the best in Chicago.
The Space
Summer House boasts indoor and outdoor dining options complete with a breezy patio and a dining room with retractable windows. The signature Summer House YES sign is also a fixture in the main dining room.
