The new dining destination embodies the breezy, beach house environment for which Summer House is known at its existing locations in Chicago, IL, North Bethesda, MD, and Las Vegas, NV, as well as at its various airport outposts across the country.

The California-style Cuisine
Led by Chef Ben Goodnick, the California-inspired menu at Summer House on the Lake is made with simple, sustainable ingredients and includes seasonal veggies, artisanal pizzas, pastas, fresh salads, sandwiches, tacos and more.
The menu has something for every Disney-goer, including Summer House signatures like the classic Margherita Pizza, Crispy Baja Fish Tacos, Costa Mesa Salad, Prime Beef Burger, and Rigatoni alla Vodka. Exclusive to Disney Springs, Summer House on the Lake is dishing out Summer Comfort picks including the Picnic Fried Chicken Basket or the Grouper Fish n’ Chips. Pro tip: Say “YES!” to adding Peekytoe Crab to the Signature Guacamole for the table – you will thank us later.
The Cookie Bar
The Cookie Bar is a standout in this newest Summer House location, featuring the restaurant’s signature oversized cookies, fresh-baked pastries, and more. Need a break from the park? You’re invited to stay awhile to enjoy specialty coffee drinks and sweets. Indulge in flavors like Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, Oatmeal Scotchie, Apple Oatmeal and Vegan Snickerdoodle, as well as rotating seasonal flavors. The bar will offer a selection of coffee, wine and beer on draft, as well as specialty cocktails, all available to enjoy at the restaurant or take to-go around Disney Springs. Something Special for the Kids
Summer House on the Lake is perfect for even the tiniest gourmands, with a Kids Menu that includes breakfast items from Silver Dollar Pancakes and Scrambled Eggs to savory options like the Quesadilla, Turkey Meatballs, Cheese Pizza, Grilled Cheese, and more. All kids’ meals are $9.95, plus tax, and are served with a side of berries and fries, which can be subbed with veggies upon request. All kids’ menu items can also be made gluten-free.
Breezy Dining & Lakeside Views
Summer House was designed by the renowned architecture and design firm Rockwell Group. The space brings the beauty of a summer day indoors with sweeping views of the lake and lush greenery. Seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor dining throughout, reminiscent of casual California, the restaurant boasts three bars, an airy, natural light-filled dining room centered around a lush tree reaching toward a skylight, and greenery throughout. An iconic centerpiece of each Summer House location is the bright blue “YES” sign located in the dining room. It symbolizes the team’s commitment to “saying yes” to the guest, making each dining experience a memorable one.
Rosé All Day
Another reminder that it’s always summer at Summer House is the Rosé Cart and Rosé Bar. Summer House on the Lake’s Rosé Cart will offer more than six varieties of rosé by the glass or bottle, including the restaurant’s star Summer House Rosé, made in partnership with California-based BonAnno Wines. A selection of spritzes, summery cocktails (including zero-proof options), fresh juices, and a largely California-sourced wine list add to the laidback West Coast vibes.
