As an Associate Partner and Director of Operations at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, Natasha Bagdocimo oversees day-to-day operations and team management for Ramen-san, il Porcellino, Tallboy Taco and Salon 61. Her leadership has been instrumental in the expansion of the Ramen-san portfolio of restaurants, including the opening of the Lincoln Park location, and the launch of Lettuce’s new private event space in River North, Salon 61.
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Natasha moved to the Chicago suburbs at 14 and cultivated a love of diverse cuisines early on, from sushi to French food. While studying civil engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she discovered a passion for working in bars and restaurants, starting with bartending, and eventually shifting into management and event planning. Recognizing her true calling, Natasha pivoted to a full-time career in hospitality and never looked back.
Upon returning to Chicago after college, Natasha served as head bartender and manager at Roka Akor before joining the Mercadito Group, where she quickly advanced from manager to assistant general manager, and then to general manager, overseeing operations at two of their restaurants. In 2014, she joined Lettuce as a manager at RPM Steak.
Since then, Natasha’s career at Lettuce has flourished. She served as assistant general manager and general manager at il Porcellino and Ramen-san River North, eventually overseeing Ramen-san Deluxe as well. Her exceptional leadership led to her appointment to Director of Operations, overseeing all four Ramen-san locations, il Porcellino and Tallboy Taco. In 2024, Natasha’s portfolio expanded to include Salon 61, a premier event space in River North, solidifying her reputation as a key leader in hospitality operations.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys travel, learning languages, dining out and spending time with her partner and their pup.
