ĒMA COMING TO AUSTIN, TEXAS, IN FALL 2025

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants will open Ēma, sister restaurant to Aba, at Domain NORTHSIDE

The team behind the award-winning Mediterranean restaurant Aba on South Congress Avenue at Music Lane is thrilled to partner with Domain NORTHSIDE to open its sister restaurant Ēma. This will be the second restaurant in Austin from Chicago-based restaurant group, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. The 5,000-square-foot restaurant, with an expansive outdoor space, will be located at 3120 Palm Way, Suite 170, Austin, TX 78758. 

Ēma – meaning “mother” in Hebrew – aims to transport diners to a summer day in the Mediterranean. A mezze-style menu of Mediterranean small plates perfect for sharing, from Top Chef Alum, Chef Partner CJ Jacobson, is influenced by his lighter California-style of cooking, with an emphasis on vegetables. Ēma is slated to open at Domain NORTHSIDE in North Austin in fall 2025 and will feature both indoor and outdoor bar and dining room spaces. This is Ēma’s first location in Texas, following the opening of Ēma in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in June 2016 and its second location in Chicago’s North Shore suburb, Glenview, in September 2024.
