ĒMA OPENING IN GLENVIEW IN EARLY SUMMER 2024

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants Brings Mediterranean & California-Inspired Fare to Chicago’s North Shore

Ēma, the Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants will open in Glenview, located on Patriot Blvd and East Lake Ave., in Summer 2024. This marks the second location for Ēma, with the first originating in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in June 2016. The concept was created by Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs and Chef Partner CJ Jacobson.

“We are thrilled to bring Ema’s lighter style of cooking to Chicago’s North Shore,” shares Jacobs. “As a member of the community, I am excited to have more, fresh and healthful dining options in our own backyard.”

The sister restaurant to Aba (with locations in Chicago, IL, Austin, TX and Bal Harbour, FL), Ēma’s menu features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, small plates meant for sharing, with an emphasis on vegetables and seafood. Signature dishes include Toasted Almond & Garlic Spread, Ahi Tuna & Pomegranate, Sweet Corn Farro, House-made Stracciatella, Grilled Octopus and Faroe Island Salmon Kebab.
