RPM Italian to Open in Las Vegas at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant partners R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman and celebrity couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic are excited to announce RPM Italian will open in early 2022 at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. This will mark the sixth restaurant from the RPM brands including RPM Italian in Chicago and in Washington D.C., RPM Steak, RPM Seafood and RPM Events and the first for the RPM brand to open in Las Vegas.

RPM Italian will be Lettuce’s sixth restaurant in Las Vegas joining Mon Ami Gabi, Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, El Segundo Sol and Stripburger & Chicken. 

“Lettuce has loved being a part of the Las Vegas restaurant scene for more than 20 years,” said R.J. Melman, President, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. “It’s been a second home for us outside of Chicago. For years, we’ve been looking for the right opportunity to open RPM Italian in Las Vegas. When The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace came to us with a space, we felt it was the perfect location, and we look forward to bringing RPM Italian to the incredible restaurant community of Las Vegas.”

RPM Italian features a modern menu with dishes meant for sharing. The pasta program takes center stage with more than a dozen housemade pastas made daily. The menu also features a wide selection of antipasti, steaks, simply grilled fish and seafood coupled with a robust spritz program and an award-winning wine list from RPM Wine Director, Richard Hanauer.

“Las Vegas is a gathering place for the world,” said RPM Italian Partner, Bill Rancic. “This latest restaurant in the RPM family will bring the impeccable food, service and hospitality that RPM is known for to this renowned culinary town.” 

For the design, RPM Restaurants will once again join forces with the famed Rockwell Group, who also designed RPM Seafood in Chicago. RPM Italian Las Vegas will feature a spacious indoor lounge, a dedicated sommelier bar and two intimate private event spaces.
