Pear Spritz
Recipe by Pizzeria Portofino
Inspired by Pizzeria Portofino, the Pear Spritz uses either vodka or tequila as a base spirit, topped with Giuliana Prosecco, a thinly sliced pear and a cinnamon stick. It’s sure to add some bubbly fun to chilly fall evenings by the fire.
Pear Spritz
Meet your new fave sip
Yield: 1 spritz
Ingredients:
1 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. sparkling water
2 oz. Giuliana Prosecco
1 cinnamon stick
¼ pear, sliced
¼ cup ice
Method:
1. In a glass, combine St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, sparkling water and Giuliana Prosecco.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Garnish with the cinnamon stick and sliced pear.
