Charred Broccolini from Sushi-san

Charred Broccolini Goma-ae

Recipe by

Sushi-san’s Charred Broccolini Goma-ae recipe is packed with rich, roasted flavor, thanks to Sushi-san’s sesame dressing. Goma in Japanese means sesame seed, so dishes dressed with sesame dressing are goma-ae. While being nut-allergy friendly, the dressing adds nutty goodness to any veggie—whether it’s charred broccolini or blanched spinach—emphasizing its fresh, natural flavors with an aromatic and healthful boost (sesame is packed with nutrients).
