A signature cocktail recipe from one of the top bars in the Windy City
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
½ oz Sfumato Rabarbaro
½ oz Punt e Mes
¼ oz Cynar 70
1 tsp Luxardo Antico
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lemon expression and cocktail cherry for garnish
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir for 25 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon expression and cocktail cherry.
