Peppermintini
A little bit naughty, a little bit nice
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz. simple syrup
1 candy cane, crushed
1 1⁄2 oz. vodka
3⁄4 oz. Kahlua Mint Mocha
1⁄4 oz. Licor 43 Liqueur
1 oz. espresso
Method:
1. Rim glass with simple syrup, then sprinkle sticky rim with crushed candy cane pieces.
2. Add the vodka, Kahlua Mint Mocha, Licor 43 Liqueur, and espresso into a cocktail shaker.
3. Add ice and shake the cocktail vigorously until the shaker is cold to the touch (approximately 30 seconds).
4. Strain the cocktail into the pre-rimmed glass.
