Puesta del Sol Margarita
Up your margarita game with a blood orange twist
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Básico silver tequila (or silver tequila of choice)
• 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. Blood orange juice (about 1 whole orange)
• ½ oz. Agave nectar (simple syrup can be used)
• 1 Blood orange twist to garnish
• Tajín salt for glass rim
Method:
1. In an iced filled cocktail shaker, pour in the tequila, freshly-squeezed blood orange juice, lime juice and agave nectar.
2. Shake ingredients for 30 seconds.
3. Rim serving glass with Tajín salt.
4. Strain the liquid into the glass and garnish with a blood orange twist.
